1.营养相关疾病的分子营养学研究

2.食品成分应对老龄化健康问题的研究

3.食品活性成分功效评价研究

近期主要集中在:(1)食品功效成分对神经退行性疾病(如认知障碍、AD睡眠障碍等)的预防及改善作用,明确其作用机制(2)伴侣动物(犬猫)精准营养需求研究。
