研究方向

主要从事食品功效成分挖掘与分子营养学研究:

主要研究内容包括,膳食营养组分及营养性生酮对神经退行性疾病及代谢综合征的干预机制,食品营养因子对细胞内信号通路、线粒体功能的影响等方面的研究。近期主要致力于:(1)基于肠-脑轴探究食品功效成分对中枢神经系统疾病(如认知障碍、阿尔茨海默症、睡眠障碍等)的改善作用及分子用机制;(2)犬猫精准营养需求研究、犬猫源益生菌挖掘及产业化。
